CONTRACT OF SALE

"PUPPY" shall herein be defined as: Bullmastiff A pet Puppy, (Registered or Registerable) with The American Kennel Club (AKC) with the name of: ______________________________________.

The Bullmastiff described above is sold for the sum of $1,600 or $1800, with a deposit of $ 500 .
A pet puppy or dog is defined here to be a Purebred Bullmastiff which is in good health at the time of sale, and embodies the characteristics of the Bullmastiff breed. We guarantee the aforementioned puppy or dog to be at maximal health at the time of the sale. We guarantee the parents of this puppy to possess superior body, temperament and health.
We guarantee the puppy, until their first birthday, to be free of congenital defects (i.e. heart, lung, kidneys, liver, blood defects, etc.). If the puppy is diagnosed with a congenital defect it may be replaced with another puppy or refund of BUYER’S money. Breeder will wait to replace till passing of present puppy.
We do not assume any liability for injury to said puppy after delivery.
If the puppy is found to be other than healthy by the BUYER'S veterinarian, it may be return to the breeder or for a refund of money paid for puppy.
All appropriate shots for the puppy or dog have been given, and a record of their vaccination history is supplied. The BUYER agrees to maintain the puppy or dog in exceptional health, and to provide yearly examinations, vaccinations, heartworm prevention, and any additional procedures necessary to assure good health. The BREEDER has done everything possible to produce healthy and sound puppies. This was accomplished by only breeding dogs that are of flourishing health, sound mind and by raising the puppies with exceptional methods in regards to: housing, diet, exercise, socialization and veterinary care. There are many factors that can influence the puppy or dog’s growth and development.
The BUYER assumes the responsibility to maintain an appropriate vaccination, exercise and feeding schedule. It is very important to not let a fast growing puppy over eat. This prevents them from getting too heavy while developing.
Any GUARANTEES stated in this contract will be VOID should a problem arise that is a result of the BUYER’S negligence due to improper care of the puppy or dog.
The BUYER agrees to obtain the BREEDER'S knowledge should there be a sale or transfer of ownership of the aforementioned puppy or dog. BREEDER would like to talk to prospective new owner if you find a new home. BREEDER is willing to take the puppy back if there are circumstances that cause you to have to give up the puppy. BREEDER will help to place or keep the puppy. If placing puppy 1/3 of selling price goes to breeder. Owner is responsible for vet check and exspense for feeding if breeder boards.This is to be for the whole life of your Dog.
The BUYER agrees to notify the BREEDER of any changes of address throughout the puppy or dog's lifetime. Also email PLEASE.
The BUYER agrees to provide a suitable fenced area for his or her puppy or dog.
The BREEDER neither makes nor implies any warranties or guarantees (expressed or implied), other than those written in this agreement; including, but without limitation to the warranties of merchantability and fitness. This document constitutes the entire agreement between the BREEDER and BUYER with respect to this sale. The BUYER’S signature below indicates that he or she has read, agrees and understands all the conditions of the Contract of Sale.
